1 cup fruit
1 stick butter
1 cup self rising flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1 egg
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place stick of butter in deep pie dish, place in oven until completely melted. Meanwhile, place fruit in pan on stove and warm with small amount of water. Smash fruit if necessary. Add sugar to desired sweetness. Boil fruit one minute. In a bowl combine flour, sugar, milk and egg. Pour batter over melted butter. Pour fruit over batter. Sprinkle sugar on top. Bake for 25-30 min. Allow to cool 5 min before serving.
