Ingredients for jelly:
2 cups infused water
4 cups sugar
1 package pectin
1/4 cup lemon juice
Bring infused water to boil add lemon juice and pectin. Bring to a full rolling boil that can not be stirred down. Add sugar and boil hard for 2 to 4 minutes. Pour into jars and seal. Be sure to not reduce the amount of sugar as this will cause it not to gel properly. I don't process my jelly because the heat from the jelly is enough to seal the jars but you can process them in a hot water canner if you prefer. It's that simple and it's something you definitely do not want to miss out on.
