PUMPKIN SPICED WHITE HOT CHOCOLATE
4 cups milk
2 cups heavy cream
2 cups Ghirardelli white chocolate chips (or any good quality white chocolate)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice (plus extra for top)
whipped cream
Directions:
- Heat cream and milk in pan until warm but not boiling
- Put white chocolate into a medium sized bowl, pour hot milk & cream over chocolate and stir until melted
- Add vanilla extract and spice
- Pour into mugs, top with whipped cream and extra spice
